How to reset my password if I forgot it
To reset your password, go to the website homepage and then click Forgot your password? Then follow the instructions to reset your password using the email with which you signed up for your account. Note that the reset password email might be in your SPAM folder.
How to change my password
You can use the same way by clicking the Forgot your password? to reset your password, or go to “My Profile” page after login, and then click the Reset password at the bottom.
How to view and change my profile information
Login to your account, and then click the My Profile page from the top menu to view your profile information. To edit your profile, click the small gear icon at the top-right of “My Profile” page, then select “Edit Profile”. Note that your username and email address are NOT editable after registration.
